No. You can try Ask Zodiaq without an account. Birth details are used when you want the answer calculated against Your Code.

Zodiaq identifies the systems relevant to the question, calculates the applicable patterns, and presents the answer with Code Sources and Calculated Signals so you can see what informed it.

Does Zodiaq guarantee outcomes?

No. Zodiaq calculates and interprets traditional metaphysical and astrological systems for entertainment, education, and personal reflection. Results are not guaranteed or professional advice.

Can I share my results?

Yes. Shareable results leave out private birth details.

Refund Policy

Refund handling depends on where the purchase was made. Nothing in this policy limits refund rights required by applicable law or by the store that processed your purchase.

App Store purchases

Purchases made through Zodiaq for iPhone or iPad are processed by Apple. Refund eligibility and refund requests for those purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's applicable terms and policies.

Google Play purchases

Purchases made through the Android app are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's applicable refund terms and process.

Website purchases

All Zodiaq products are digital products generated specifically for the customer based on information provided during checkout. Because digital reports, forecasts, compatibility readings, name analysis reports, date selection reports, Feng Shui reports, and Ask Zodiaq credits are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all purchases are final.

This website policy applies only to purchases processed directly by Zodiaq or its website payment provider, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Technical Delivery Issues

If a technical issue prevents delivery of a purchased product, Zodiaq will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and provide access to the purchased content.

For access or delivery problems, contact team@everittventures.com with your account email, purchase date, and the store or payment method used.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes personal reading details, profiles, and Ask Zodiaq history. Payment records may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention, or financial compliance, but personal reading content is removed or anonymized.

Deleting your account does not automatically create a refund. Purchases remain non-refundable unless required by law.
